The Relationship Between Spices & Doshas
According you Ayuronics, spices play an important role in Ayurveda’s nutritional science. They are considered medicinal plants that we consume in small quantities every day. If you don’t like a certain Indian spice, you can always resort to an alternative. There is no better or worse, because the effects are often the same. Both turmeric and sage have drying properties, and both ginger and nettle tea drain. Instead of coriander, parsley can also be used for cooling.

Many people also like the teaching of salvation in Ayurveda because the associated dishes are reminiscent of India in color and taste and are something completely different, leaving everyday life behind them.
